Eagles Trade Former Steelers DB

ESPN's Turron Davenport says that Terrell Edmunds is on the move after being moved by the Philadelphia Eagles to a different team.

Edmunds is part of the deal the Eagles made with the Tennessee Titans to get All-Pro safety Kevin Byard.

Philadelphia is also giving Tennessee a fifth- and sixth-round pick as part of the deal.

Because he didn't want to stay with the Steelers, Edmunds got a one-year, $2 million deal with the Eagles this offseason.

The former first-round pick started two games for Philadelphia this season and made 28 stops and forced a fumble in seven games.

For the first five years of his career, the 26-year-old started 75 of the 79 games he played in and had 410 stops, five sacks, 26 pass deflections, and five interceptions.

Byard, who is 30, has played 111 games for the Titans and has been named an All-Pro twice.
